William Coppol
Over the last two decades, trial attorney, William “Bill” Coppol, has tried numerous cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, many of which have resulted in multi-million-dollar recoveries for his clients.
Bill’s notable accomplishments include recovering more than $10 million dollars for a client injured in a trucking crash in western Pennsylvania and serving as co-counsel in a seven-week jury trial in Philadelphia that resulted in a $5.05 million verdict for four victims of a Greyhound bus crash. Ultimately, Bill was instrumental in recovering an additional $16 million from that single Greyhound bus crash for the remaining victims.
Bill has also achieved verdicts of $4.3 million and $3million on behalf of seriously injured workers hurt on construction sites.
In 2019, Bill won a $750,000 verdict in Centre County, Pennsylvania for a client injured in a trucking accident, reinforcing his ability to win cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
As a result of his vast experience taking cases to trial, Bill was elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates, a national organization made up of judges and attorneys from all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Membership in ABOTA is by invitation only and is only extended to lawyers who have tried a minimum of twenty (20) civil jury trials to a jury verdict or hung jury as lead counsel or, in the alternative, tried ten (10) civil jury trials to a jury verdict as lead counsel and have acquired 200 points under the trial experience equivalency provisions as defined by Bylaw IV, Section 1.
Bill also serves as Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and is a Certified Federal Arbitrator in the U.S. Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Bill resides in Oreland, Pennsylvania with his wife, Sarah, and their four children and is very active in his community.
