Fran is a trial lawyer focusing on personal injury lawsuits. He has won settlements and verdicts for victims of personal injury of all kinds—car accidents, premises liability, work injuries, and wrongful death.
Fran has represented his clients in multi-million-dollar construction accidents and trucking accidents. Before becoming a founding partner of GSO, Fran was a named partner at a prestigious personal injury firm in Philadelphia. He also worked at a large, corporate firm where he represented construction companies and trucking companies. In fact, Fran spoke at seminars teaching trucking companies how to investigate truck accidents in preparation for litigation. He is also OSHA certified. His extensive industry knowledge leads to proven success in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving construction and commercial motor vehicle accidents.
Fran is a 2004 cum laude graduate of The Catholic University of America, where he served as the captain of the rugby team and was awarded "Most Distinguished" student of Finance. He is a 2007 graduate of Temple University School of Law where he was on the dean’s list. He also earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2007 from Temple University.
Dedicated to his local community, Fran does extensive pro bono legal work. He is a life-long resident of Jenkintown, PA and, along with his wife, are the engaged parents of five children.
