MAX I. GOLDBERG
Trial Lawyer, Max I. Goldberg, passionately advocates for victims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who have been seriously injured due to someone else’s negligence. His practice areas include car crashes, premises liability, trucking accidents, and claims against hospitals, nursing homes, bars, government and municipal entities, public transit systems, uber/lyft, or individuals. Max prides himself on his responsiveness to, and support of, his clients and their families. Max grew up in the Greater Philadelphia Area and has chosen to remain close to his family and community his entire life.
Max is a proud graduate of Temple University and Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
Max has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2020 to 2024, and honored by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as Top 10 under 40 in 2024.
Max actively participates in numerous organizations supporting underprivileged youth in Philadelphia. Max enjoys spending time with his wife, Maria, and their two dogs, attending the various festivals in South Philadelphia.
